What does Lionfit Gymwear stand for?

Lionfit is an online fitness clothing brand based in the Netherlands. Lionfit stands for confidence, empowerment, fun & feeling fit.

It is important that all customers feel good and confident in Lionfit clothing, the designs have been carefully created, from prints to different colors. All Lionfit products have a good fit so that the clothing never gets in the way during a workout.

When it comes to maximum performance, there should be no obstacle and certainly not because of your sportswear. All the sportswear we have designed for you takes into account your progress and the best results. Designed for comfort and breathability. Which are made for easy movement when it really matters.

How can I contact Lionfit Gymwear? 

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Please note that the opening hours of our customer service are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00.  

How do I use my discount code or Gift Card? 

The discount code or Gift Card can be used at the payment page. Enter your code on the payment page and receive the discount on your order amount immediately. You can use one discount code or Gift Card per order. 

How do I pick the right size?

We have table of measurements on every productpage. If you have any more questions, no problem! For more information you can contact us on instagram @lionfit.nl or email us at info@lionfit.nl. We gladly help you.

How do I wash my Lionfit clothing?

1. Handwash or machinewas - cold (max 30°C), wash inside out.
2. Don't bleach, soak or rub.
3. Hangdry
4. Ready to wear!

The product I want is sold out, what now? 

Unfortunately, it may be the case that your favorite product has been sold out. To be informed when the product is back in stock, please register via the 'Size sold out?' button on the product page. When the product is back in stock, you will be the first to be notified. If you have any questions about whether and when the product will be back in stock, please ask our customer service department. 

 

Orders & Payments

Which payment methods can I use? 

You can pay with Ideal, Klarna, Paypal and Apple Pay. 

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and package your order as quickly as possible. 

If the item does not fit? Please return it to us for the correct size. 

Will I receive an order confirmation? 

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number, order summary and the shipping address. 

I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed? 

Unfortunately we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. To be sure, please contact our customer service team to discuss the solutions. 

 

Shipments

Who ships my orders? 

All of our orders are delivered by our partner DHL & Post NL. 

What is the delivery time? 

  • Netherlands/Belgium: Next day delivery - ordered before 23:30, is next day delivery

What are the shipping costs? 

Netherlands : € 4.95 ( Free from € 70 )  

Belgium: € 6.95 

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your package is shipped we will send you an email with a Track and Trace. Here you can check the status of your order. 

I have not received my order, what should I do? 

Did you not receive your order? That is annoying! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. The same day your order will be sent. Here you will receive an email with a track and trace to follow the package. Did you not receive this mail or is the status of your package unclear?

Returns and exchanges

How can I exchange or return my order? 

Exchanging or returning an order is very simple, this can be done in 4 steps. 

  • Step 1.  

Check whether the item you want to return is in new condition and that all associated cards etc. are still attached to it.  

  • Step 2.  

Add the fully completed return form to your return and make sure everything is well packed. Returns are possible within 14 days of the order date.  

  • Step 3. 

As soon as we have received your shipment, we will transfer the entire purchase amount to your bank account within 10 working days (in case of exchange, we will immediately send your new size) 

Is returning free of charge? 

No, return shipment costs will not be refunded by Lionfit Gymwear. 

How long does it take to exchange a product? 

If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days. 

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available? 

Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution. 

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged? 

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to instagram DM @lionfit.nl or send us a e-mail info@lionfit.nl with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution. 

How long does a refund take? 

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account. 

What are the return conditions? 

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.     

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with labels still attached. 

Lionfit Gymwear cannot accept returns on items bought during a giveaway or sale. Items purchased during a sale can only be returned and exchanged for another product or voucher.
